HUD - Rapid Rehousing Roundtable Discussion Series: Building and Keeping your Super Team
The staff team who make up Rapid Rehousing (RRH) programs are what make the programs work. Staffing vacancies and turnover rates have steadily increased through the COVID pandemic. HUD will be sponsoring a conversation with national leaders implementing RRH programs to discuss ways that they have hired a more equitably representative team and the things they have done to keep those amazing teams intact and supported along the way. Join the webinar to discuss staffing in RRH programs and how you can build and keep a super team!
The RRH Roundtable Discussion Series
In 2022, HUD sponsored the first round of the roundtable discussions to identify, imagine, and increase trends that support innovation in RRH services and programs. Practitioners, policy-makers, and people with lived experience of homelessness shared their thoughts, challenges, and promising practices on topics including racial equity, assertive engagement, and landlord recruitment.
This series is intended for anyone involved in homeless system response and identifying housing for our most vulnerable neighbors including, but not limited to, Continuum of Care (CoC) staff, leadership, program administrators, consumer advisory board members, Youth Action Board members, direct service staff/program management, landlords and property managers, and recipients and subrecipients of Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and CoC funding.
