NCAP - Fearless HR
Scaling a Community Action Agency’s impact starts with empowering its people. CAAs rely on human resource functions with highly variable capacities—from fully formed, to fledgling, and everything in between. Attend this workshop to learn how to develop and equip proficient and fearless internal HR leaders. The presenter will dispel the idea that managing HR risk means eliminating all risk or treating all employees the same. Attendees will also learn how to access new resources and templates to transform HR gaps and stresses into strengths.
