FFEHR - Reimagining Interim Housing: Deeper Dive into Approaches to Transformation
The guidance and recommendations of people with lived expertise of homelessness, and the lessons learned throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, make it clear that we must create and seize opportunities to transform our approaches to sheltering people experiencing homelessness.
On Thursday, April 20, 2023 from 3:00 – 4:30 pm ET Framework for an Equitable Homelessness Response project partners are offering a second webinar that will dive more deeply into our Reimagining Interim Housing project and two recent publications. (An earlier webinar provided an overview of the process for developing these materials and key elements of the guidance, and the webinar and slide deck is available for review at housingequityframework.org/webinars and people may wish to review that information first before participating in this second webinar.)
This second webinar will feature project consultants Claudine Sipili, Rashema Melson, Shaundell Diaz, and Matthew Doherty and will explore proposed stages and action areas for transformation of their approaches to sheltering people and guidance for partnering with people experiencing homelessness and for leading with racial justice and equity within those efforts.
