 re project consultants Claudine Sipili\, Rashema Melson\, Shaundell Diaz\,
  and Matthew Doherty and will explore proposed stages and action areas for
  transformation of their approaches to sheltering people and guidance for 
 partnering with people experiencing homelessness and for leading with raci
 al justice and equity within those efforts.
