 ers and direct service workers to help them acquire a basic understanding 
 of case management practices and the skills necessary to be successful in 
 their job. The course serves as a basic primer for community based non-pro
 fit or local government organizations. This course will be conducted in pe
 rson only and is limited to 25 people. \nThe course provides a conceptual 
 framework and a “hands-on” approach for the case manager and direct servic
 e worker. It is intended to combine sound management theory\, Results-Orie
 nted Management and Accountability (ROMA)\, and best practices for a balan
 ced curriculum that addresses the academic and professional interests of p
 ersons employed in human services.\nThe techniques and strategies recommen
 ded in the course can be applied to any organization using case management
  practices as it relates to the client and issues of reporting\, accountab
 ility\, and the overall management of human services.\n\nBoard member\nYou
  serve on the governing board of your Community Action Agency and want to 
 learn more about how planning and using data informs the agency's programm
 ing moving forward.\nCASE Manager\nYou are a client facing staff member wo
 rking direct services to eradicate poverty\nSenior leadership/ED/CEO\nYou 
 are helping plan and design services to best serve those experiencing pove
 rty. You want to connect data to programming.\n
